Help for NativeCelebs casting:

The casting section is driven by photo gallery software that wasn't meant to do exactly this, but does contain the features necessary.

Create an account and upload your photo.

If your photo is about 500 pixels (plus or minus), the visitors can enlarge it, so that's good. A closeup might give more impact. Color is better online.

Upload only one photo (you can have more on a website), unless you're an agent or other rep (say if several in your family are actors and they've asked you to upload for them). If you need to upload several actors, contact me and I'll change your user account to a different type that allows more space.

Add info on the picture itself rather than on the user profile, since the profile is only visible to logged in users (though you can of course add the same info both places).

Info you may want to add some of the following:
Location
Ethnicity
Website
Agent
E-mail

The most important here is location. Note that some independent productions don't know how to find people through industry channels. It's up to you if you want to exclude them by not adding agent info. If you have a website, that info is usually on there, so only the website address is necessary. You can use a Facebook page or Myspace profile as your website, if you like.

I will correct obvious formatting errors etc while approving uploads, so please review your upload after it's been approved. You can make edit your photo info whenever you like. And you can remove one photo and upload another whenever you like.

Website addresses are not hyperlinked due to a vulnerability in the software. You can add it now by using bb-code, and maybe it'll hyperlink in the future.

Check the Testing album for images concerning bb-code and other tips.

You can also add your ethnicity as keywords (separated by spaces). If you enter say cherokee - anyone who's looking for cherokees will find you by going to the search page and clicking on cherokee on the bottom there. By using keywords, you can add as many tribes as necessary, or different spellings (ojibway, ojibwe etc). You can also add stunts, even if you're an actor. Or you can add other things like martial arts (use underscore between keyword phrases containing more than one word), or dialects. You decide what you want to showcase.

No nudity, nor keywords reflecting nudity

To Agencies:
You can upload a picture of yourself or representing your agency in the Agency album if you want submissions from actors seeking representation.
