There's a new casting section here, based on Gallery software, where actors or reps can put up pictures:

For casting directors:

No actors are represented by NativeCelebs. They register themselves or their reps do. If they don't provide contact info, they probably forgot or figure you'll figure it out (through unions, etc).

For actors:

Register, login and upload links are under the Home icon. Wait for the activation e-mail before logging on. If you try too many times and fail, the system will ban you. Come back the next day if that happens.

Only ONE picture per actor. Choose one category, not multiple. Agencies can upload for multiple actors. If you want a new picture, remove the old one before uploading a new one. Keep the login details, so you can update your listing over time.

Do NOT fill out profile info. It's only visible to logged in users, so will not be seen by casting directors. Add the pertinent info to your picture instead.

Keep the picture info short and to the point.

Instead of entering multiple links and extra info, consider using a Google profile for holding that info (unless you have an official site). It can be combined with a Flickr account to make a great casting profile! Example. These are much cleaner than a Myspace account, and easier to read at a glance even than a Facebook account (which can still be linked from there). Google profiles can have a numbered address that conceal your e-mail address.

Links are not clickable due to security concerns.

Most terms used as keywords are removed before the photos are approved. Encouraged keywords are: Tribes, locations, skills, other categories (ie model, if you placed your photo in an acting category), age (if you're a child or elder). Check the keyword page for inspiration. No commas!

Keyword terms that are removed: actor (in acting categories), permutations on your name, stuff that should be in the description instead.

In the past, they were put here: Casting notices, but that forum will be removed soon, and I recommend mailing me or posting them on the facebook page and also contacting Roscoe if you have a casting notice you want posted. Or put it in a note (make sure you set privacy controls so anyone can see it) on FB and tag me.
